The week of good news

Hi mates,

Nice day!

Firstly, I have a piece of good news to tell you on this email that came from last Tuesday night. When I had a chance to meet up with many talented students at Campus France to celebrate the Ambrasy scholarship by the French Government in 2020, which provides my learning process with some financial and social benefits. You know, I can’t describe my feeling at that time by any words, the only thing I remember is that I looked around timidly to try to make friends with others nearby. And I have to say that this award is likely to encourage me on studying hard in the next 2 following years of my Master’s program.

And now, this is my weekend day, the day ended up by a flurry of outdoor activities at my parent’s house. As usual, I am woken up by the sound of kids playing in front of my yard at 7.30 am. They were always coming to that noise. After a few minutes of lying in my bed, wishing they would stop, I slowly got up at that point, I knew I could not fall back asleep. You may know that my younger sister has opened a boxing class teaching some children at home for three days a week. And every 2 weeks, we will have a small event to clean all the sports facilities and then gathering for a minority party. Two biggest players of the team were allocated to handle the main dish of the day – Banh xeo – the remaining members were flexible to help minor tasks such as cleaning and cutting vegetables, arranging seat places. Besides that, I also create some mini-games to promote friendship between each other. It was such a wonderful day because we had been enjoyed tasty dishes and experienced a lot of fun. Sounds wonderful, right? I also realize that instead of spending a break day to sleep and internet-connected devices, getting away from all of these is definitely more fun and meaningful. By the way, I just want to share our positive feelings and followed by some lovely pictures to describe our day.
